The scope of the order needs to first be quoted and all order related information noted. This will include Purchaser name/company address /telephone numbers etc. Also needed is shipping information including any relevant information such as special delivery conditions, times etc. The linear footage of the order should include sufficient to allow for miters and offcuts and it is recommended that this amount be between 5 and 10%.order Receipt of a purchase order and down payment is required to initiate processing the order. Minimum quantities

Standard unit pricing assumes a minimum production run. A premium may apply if the ordered quantity is less. For example, 65 linear feet is the number used for cornices and panel moldings.

Policy on Returns/Claims

All returns must be approved in advance and an authorization number obtained. No approval will be given for the return of any custom manufactured item unless it is not produced to order specifications. If a crate is delivered damage, please photograph this evidence prior to opening as this will allow assist any claim that Classic may pass on to the carrier.

Handling Charges

Moldings are shipped in wooden crates and packed to avoid damage in shipping, storing and handling. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are extra to unit pricing.


Full payment of order must be made prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed in our quotation. Freight carriers demand that any damage to crating be reported on the receipt documentation to validate a claim. Claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier with copies sent to Classic Mouldings, Inc.

Payment terms

Are specified on the quotation. Method of payment is to be by check/cheque. If order is for less than $2,000, Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) is acceptable if preferred.
