The scope of your order will need to be submitted to generate a quote and must include the following information: Name, addresses, telephone numbers, etc. Please see Quotation under Services for further information. Shipping instructions such as delivery requirements and time line are also required.
The linear footage of your order should include an allowance for mitres and offcuts. It is recommended that an extra 5 to 10% be added for this purpose.
To initiate order processing, receipt of a purchase order and down payment is required.
Payment terms are specified in your quotation. Methods of payment are cheque/credit card/e-transfer.
Standard unit pricing assumes a minimum production run. For example, 65 linear feet is the standard for cornices and panel mouldings. A premium may apply if lesser quantity ordered.
Mouldings are shipped in wooden crates and packed to avoid damage in shipping, storing and handling. Unless otherwise stated, handling charges are in addition to unit pricing.
We ship most orders via LTL truck freight.
Full payment of order must be made prior to shipping unless otherwise stated in the quotation. Freight carriers demand that any damage to crating be reported on the receipt documentation to validate a claim. Claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier and copies sent to Classic Mouldings Inc.
All returns must be approved in advance and an authorization number obtained. No return approval will be given for custom items unless it is not produced to order specifications. If a crate is delivered damaged, please photograph it prior to opening as this evidence will assist any claim that Classic Mouldings Inc. may pass on the carrier.
Classic Mouldings Inc. reserves the right to discontinue any item without prior notice or decline any order without reason.
